Once you have downloaded it, go to the templates section and choose the correct template to use. The next step is to open it up in Word. Once you have opened it up, you should see a preview of the paper in Word.You should then see the same format that is present in the Word document. You will also notice that there are a few things you can edit on the top and bottom margins. However, for the main body of the paper, you can use the options provided by the Word application.One thing you may want to note is that Word applications only support part of the different writing styles available. If you need to write in a straight format, you can use the text box to enter your words and press F11 to have a preview of the document in the Word application.Another great way to format your paper is to use the Web section in your Word application. Here you can easily format the style of paper th at you are using, without having to edit the text in Word.Once you have formatted your paper, all you need to do is print it out. There are several options when it comes to printing. If you have two copies of the paper, then you can select which copy you want to print.Your options are as follows: common printer, bright white, hard copy, Xerox copy and postcard, but depending on what you need, you may want to print one copy and a second copy. To print out your paper, all you need to do is click on the printing option and choose the type of paper you want to print from the drop down menu. Then all you need to do is print the copy that you want.
